Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship globally, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our knives, but understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our straightforward returns process ensures fair treatment for both our customers and our business.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact

  • Not be a custom or special order item

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Collector’s items removed from original packaging
  • Automatic knives (OTF knives, butterfly knives) that have been activated/tested

Return & Exchange Process

    We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

    Securely repackage the item with all original accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

  5. Ship Your Return:

  6. Inspection & Processing:

    We’ll inspect returned items within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
