Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Include all original tags and documentation
- Be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Not be a custom or special order item
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any knife that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification
- Collector’s items that have been removed from their original packaging
- Automatic knives (OTF knives, butterfly knives) that have been activated/tested
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (if exchanging, specify the replacement item)
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RAN) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges
